Request for quote: negotiate privately with IOIs. New trades settle on the Market.
Negotiate privately. Settle on-chain.
Spot OTC on HyperEVM. Both sides of a trade settle in one transaction, or neither does. OTCBlock never holds your keys.
Signing in with a wallet costs no gas and grants no token approvals.
Three ways to agree a trade
Private deals
Agree exact terms with one named wallet. One side signs and the other settles from a link. Tokens move straight between the two wallets, so nothing is held in between.
Market
Listed tokens are locked in the market contract until they sell or you cancel. Cancelling returns them at once. Offers and signed counters happen on the listing.
RFQ
Ask selected desks for a price. Each quote is a firm, expiring signed deal, and you settle the one you choose.
What it costs
The seller pays a 10 bps fee on the USDC received. The buyer pays none. Each side pays its own HyperEVM gas in HYPE.
Where the pilot stands
- This is a guarded mainnet pilot, limited to allowlisted wallets.
- The contracts have not had an independent audit. Smart contracts carry risk, including loss of funds.
- Governance can pause new trades, change the allowlist and set token caps. It has no function to move locked funds.
- Per-trade limits: 150 USDC, 0.05 UETH, 0.0015 UBTC, 5 WHYPE.
- UETH and UBTC are bridged tokens issued through Unit. They are not native ETH or BTC.
- There is no OTCBlock token.
